We hereby give notice that the Meltham Walkers are Welcome Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 21st October 2020 by Zoom video call at 7.0pm.
The agenda will be published prior to the meeting and will cover: Annual reports; Accounts for the previous year: Election of the management committee; Matters arising from the previous AGM; Consideration of proposals for which due notice has been given to amend the constitution; Consideration of other business for which due notice has been given.
Anyone wishing to attend the AGM is welcome to do so.
Anyone wishing to present a proposal to the AGM must do so in writing. Please send these by email to our Chairman Brian Keighley ([email protected]) not later than 14 calendar days before the date of the AGM.
If you would like to join our small but friendly committee, please also attend the meeting and send your details to Chairman, Brian Keighley by email to ([email protected]) so your nomination can be processed.
The regular monthly meeting will follow immediately after the AGM (also by Zoom)
