The Meltham Blue Plaque Trail was launched on Sunday 18 September 2016 and consists of the following locations:

4. Odd Fellows’ Hall, Meltham
5. Bank Buildings, Mill Bank Road
6. Meltham Mills Provident Co-operative Trading Society Ltd
7. Meltham Mills National School
8. Church of St. James, Meltham Mills
9. Meltham Hall
10. Durker Roods, Meltham
11. Carlile Institute, Meltham
12. Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Wilshaw (via a detour)
13. Christ Church, Helme (via a detour)
